    We’re proud to maintain exceptionally low return rates and stand by the quality of every product we offer. That said, we completely understand that returns may occasionally be necessary, and we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges on items that are new and unused.
    Each of our PopSockets is carefully handmade, making every piece one of a kind. Please be aware that, due to their delicate craftsmanship, signs of wear may appear with regular use. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that have been used.


    CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
    Yes! We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 48 hours of delivery. Your Case Haven(s) must remain in original condition and packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or are marked as final sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
    Please refer to product pages to check if your item qualifies for return. Final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.


    HOW DO I START A RETURN?
    To begin the return process, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide the return address and instructions.
    Returned items must be sent back unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returned products that don’t meet these conditions will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
    We highly recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as we are not responsible for any items lost in transit.


    WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
    The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. However, we cover shipping costs for exchanged items.
    Please ensure returns are sent via a tracked service, and keep proof of postage and tracking information for your records.
    Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.


    WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
    Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
    Please allow up to 8 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, feel free to contact us for further assistance.
