ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing before dispatch, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. In rare cases where an item is temporarily out of stock, fulfillment may take up to 10–14 business days.
Orders are processed Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays. Once your package has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We proudly ship across the GCC region. All orders are fulfilled from our central distribution hub.
Standard Shipping (3–5 working days)
Express Shipping (1–2 working days)
Please note: Express orders placed after 3:00 PM GST will be processed the next working day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We also offer international delivery beyond the GCC.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and reference number. After dispatch, a shipping confirmation email will follow, including a tracking link to follow your package.
Please allow up to 1–2 business days after receiving your tracking details for movement to appear. If your tracking hasn’t updated after this time, feel free to contact us for assistance.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We strive to process orders quickly, so if you need to update your shipping information, please contact us immediately.
While we will do our best to update your details before fulfillment, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is in process.
MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
All shipments include delivery confirmation via tracking. If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, we advise contacting your local courier or building reception to investigate.
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for orders marked as delivered by the courier system.
